Interior fan sometimes

I noticed this yesterday on my way to work. I had no fan blowing during my 20 minute trip in. I checked the fuses when I got to work they where good. I was going to look at later. Jump in the car at lunch time & BAM fan is running at all speeds. I turned it up & down, off & on several times it ran. This morning no fan again. Outside temp is ruuning in the mid 40's. Has anyone had this trouble before? Where might I start troubleshooting?

Sorry to hear about trouble with your Altima.
You might want to try looking for the fan relay.

Take a peek at the FSMs and see if you can determine and narrow down your problem.
