interior electrical problems

I have a 92 240 sx se my climate controls will not light up and my dash which is digital with heads up display will only come on when the car has been running for a while sometimes it never comes on and other thanthat the tach works and the clock works along with the rest of the warning lights not sure where the problem is????????????
