Interior door panels

95' Q the front door panels on both sides by the top edge by the windows, seem the finish on the leather has melted make was pushed when soft to leave like hole were ther is no finish. Does anyone know if it can be fix or do I replace them?

I'd try to find a local shop to recover them... much cheaper than replacement. The "redye" leather repair systems that the dealers sublet tend to last for several months, but don't hold together long...
