Interior colour?

Hey all. I've been lurking since the summer and finally decided to purchase a Versa SL, Silver/charcoal int. I ordered it first week in Sept. and finally got it last week. I had wanted black but was told that Nissan was having a problem in the production line so I settled on my second choice. They said black would be available by December??? Still took me 7 weeks to get one though in Toronto.

Anyway, my question is I've noticed that even though my interior is charcoal, the roof is beige?? It's kind of like the bottom half of the interior is charcoal and the top is beige. Is that normal, just seems kind of weird that it wouldnt be all charcoal. Thanks.

The beige upper interior is normal. The light colour helps give the impression of interior room, not that the Versa needs help. I guess it also reduces the cost of making interior parts.

Yep, got a saphirre blue SL canadian model and its 2-tone like yours.

I have a Blue Onyx with Charcoal colored interior (U.S. model) and it is the same way - beige coloured upper cabin.

Well well....my charcoal interior has a beige upper. How is it I never noticed this before? Maybe it's because it looks good.
