Welcome to NICOclub!
I'm not seeing any carpet kits either, but sometimes you can find shops in your area that can clean and "re-dye" your carpet.
Are you wanting to restore your seats to factory condition, or would you be interested in just getting some custom fit seat covers for it? eBay has a lot of custom fit kits for different models and even though they're not real leather, they're still a pretty decent replacement if you're trying to save some cash. Other than that, i'd keep an eye out in our classifieds section and at local junk yards for a good donor car, that might have some of the pieces you're looking for.
Here's a link to our classifieds section:

Good luck with your recent purchase and let us know if you have any other questions. Oh and you might try posting some pics up too when you get a chance. That way maybe we can get a little better idea of how bad the damage really is and if there are any other easier ways to repair it.
