Interior and Exterior Restoration Questions

Interior: Its a mess. previous owner was a careless college kid. Sun faded the area of the dash up by the windshield and everything else is faded and scratched. I have detail experience but in my opinion the interior needs to be all sanded and re-sprayed. Any suggestions on sprays, paints, brands, methods etc to fix scratched plastics and faded interiors for these cars?

Exterior: I'm going to re paint the car eventually but for now the black moldings around the windows are all chipped and showing the chrome underneath. Same as above, suggested methods for making these look new again?

plastidip for the exterior trim. there are interior paints for vinyl and cloth available at most auto parts stores and I would say any paint formulated for plastics will work on any plastic parts. As will any paint project, the quality of your prep work is going to determine the quality of the final product.
