I have checked the fuses, where is the fan located? Is there anything else that I should check?

You can check the connector going to the fan itself under the passenger side of the dash. Pull the plug, turn your fan on, and check for power going to it. That would be my first step.

I assume you are referring to the blower motor?
Have you followed the troubleshooting steps in the FSM?

http://www.nicoclub.com/service-manual? ... e/2012/HAC

Start reading on page HAC-041

The blower motor fan is located behind the glove box

I assume you've never changed your cabin filter otherwise you would have seen it

You may want to leave this troubleshooting to a pro?

Just my $.02

Good luck

Finally got to her car. Pulled plug and got power. I can hear the seat fan when it is on high.
Seems to be the blower for the cabin. Thanks.
