interesting swap question

alright so how hard would it be to take two s13's. an automatic 91 and a manual pignose and swap over the transmissions. i have a neighbor pry in his 50s with a manual pignose im going to offer some money to for his transmission in replace of mine.i know one of his kids and he said his parents dont drive it much so i figure its not to important to them. but how hard would this be. im mostly worried about putting the auto transmission back into the pig. ive never done a swap before but my uncle is going to help and hes pretty knowledgable and has done transmission swaps.

and whats a good amount of money to offer lol
