I dropped my car off this morning for an oil change (Amsoil Synthetic), and had the mechanic (shop owner) drop me off at my office (only a few minutes from there). The whole way there he was commenting on the interior and how much he liked it. He was also mentioning how he's always liked Infinitis and whatnot.

Well after the oil change was done later in the day, he picked me up with the Q45. As soon as I got in, he was telling me on how he couldn't believe how much I paid for the car when I bought it. Just how it was so much car for the money. The first thing he noticed was how silky smooth the engine was, he couldn't believe it. He told me he's been looking for a car that drives nice and still has some good power, something to replace the Suburbans he's always driven. It sounded like he was convinced to buy a Q45 now. Though i'd share that tidbit of information today, nice to see someone that truly appreciates a well built car.

The guys at the transmission shop where I have my car serviced and the guy at the auto body shop had a similar reaction, although neither really knew anything about the Q. They both asked pretty pointed questions about how much it cost.
