ASC no longer stands fo American Sunroof Company. Apparently back in '04, the name was officially changed to American Specialty Cars. The company is trying to earn merit on many of the models it altered for auto makers and found itself as one of America's first high production auto specialty company. Now I know why I haven't been able to find anything on them as American Sunroof Company as of late ^^
