I was looking at and talking about the 2012 Nissan Maxima with a friend of mine, and comparing the differences Engine-wise between that and mine. It's the same basic engine, is it not? So I was thinking the 20 extra HP they are getting out of it are from the difference in tuning, so would a stock Maxima ECU fit in place of the Altima's and would the Nissan dealership be able to tell the difference between the two??
Just wondering...I know some of you will be like, "Just get a real tune", but it's under warranty, and then you'll be like, "Then don't mess with it if you're worried about that", but I have this sickness that once I get something and it's fast I need to make it go faster (which is also why I don't own a crotch rocket), I want to do both....sorry, just thought I'de get that outta the way now.
