intercooler vacuum lines?

as you many of you have noticed when you get your ic piping, the pipe that connects to the throttle body has three outlets for vacuum lines. My question is if the ic cold pipe is under boost these vacuum hoses would be under boost sending air into the valve cover, etc. do these lines have to be re-routed? any feedback would be great....thanks

the one that runs to the carbon canister can be capped off. It is not a vac source all the time. Just cap it. The other two have one running to the fpr and the other to the bov.
