I bought this intercooler a long time ago for a different project and I am thinking about using it on the rb20. Its 24x12x4 with 3inch inlet/outlet. Do you think this will work ok with the tsock setup or is it overkill? Should I just use the stock side mount? What size intercooler do most run on the rb20?

i can say that it is better than the stock side-mount...why not put it to use, since you already have it.

Thats what I am thinking. I dont wont to cut a hole in my bumper cover for the side mount to get air.

the only down side is the intercooler is too big for the stock turbo. it'll put more lag on your boost....but i don't think that will be too significant.
