intercooler question.

ive done some searching but i havent quite come to find all the information i need. when swapping an sr20det in most people choose a FMIC. different ones are different sizes and have different efficiencies for different boost levels. the blitz one i know i read being good to around (29?) which intercooler would you say is the most efficient around maybe 18psi? im looking to get a 240 and swap the motor but i also hate the idea of any turbo lag.

well the bigger you go on the fm, the more turbo lag is going to develop, but the ic can handle more boost and will cool better, its a trade off
