Any size FMIC that will fit will work.....just take some measurements and figure how you want the piping routed.

Talk to Night! He has a sweet Hybrid intercooler that will work nicely. I think he has custom pipng for your car also.

Just use a S13 cooler and get the pipes made. Only need the hot pipe (kits don't come with these anyways) and the pipe from the cooler to the trottle body.

Or get a custom cooler with custom pipes.............

You can check out my breifcase for some ideas... there are three different set ups in there.1) GTR core with custom pipes. (GTR cooler in a s13)2) Custom cooler with both pipes going to one side.(intercooler sidemount)3) Front mount with Greddy intake style.(my RB s13)

http://briefcase.yahoo.com/rbparts2003

The side mount setup is for sale.

I just got a universal spearco and the local muffler shop is making the piping for me.

Grumpy, are you using the UH intake manifold? If not, what kind is it? Did you notice any difference going from the stock manifold to the Greddy style manifold? turbo response, etc. Any downsides?thanks

heys im new here.. but i had a thought. Since the RB manifold is already piped to the same side as the compressor, why not have a Top-Bottom flow intercooler to save the piping and have maximum efficiency? My 240sx is hiding from the world right now since i havent gotten in registered yet, so i havent really looked at how much room there is in the front.. Just an idea..

cvc9216, No I am using a Greddy manifold and I have the RB25 not the Rb20. I did notice a little better responce on the top end, but thats it. But I have upgraded everything......

FiZ, we do offer a Top-Bottom flow intercooler for the customer. Here is a link to the picture........http://us.f1.yahoofs.com/users...DCpbx

Hey GrumpyFrom those pictures in your briefcase, what size turbo are you using? What size is the exhaust side? It looks as big as a Greddy TD06 or even a T78... (...dreaming...)Also, what throttle body did you use? The stock one? How much flow (or what horsepower range) would necessitate a larger throttle body (Q45)?

Thanks

wmsadeq, its a custom turbo from Inovative turbos. It is a T-78 front half and a T-61 back half. I am using a Q45 throttle body with the Greddy intake.

I should have the car dynoed soon!!!!!!!!!! Just need some time to do it. To many cars at the shop and moving into my new house. No time left for my car!!!!!

That's what I thought, so that's what I got. I need to get mandrel bent piping soon though:( This muffler piping looks like it disrupts air flow pretty badly.

You can usually get mandrel bent from local supplier, Summit racing, JEGS, Hooker Headers and others... Top to bottom would require a design that most suppliers would not have a core to fit.. custom cores are $$$$$$$....
