I bought a spearco core, and now I need piping, anyone have any suggestions on where to get it. I want polished aluminum pipes. I have thought about using aluminized pipe, but its gonna look so ghetto so any idea will be appreciated

You know you COULD paint the aluminized pipe. Then you wouldn't be paying a ridiculous price for aluminum crap...

THere are some nice powder coats out there that may a good alternative to polishing aluminum. I currently have polished pipes and they are a ***** to keep looking new, you basically cant touch them, ever. I think I will eventually powder coat them.If you can make them out of steel, do that, then see what your local powder coater can do.

http://www.sporthoses.com But be warned, you have to keep on them about stuff, they tend to have a little questionable customer service...nice couplers though.

turbohoses.com has awesome quality, awesome service, quick shipping, but it's expensive... they can give you anything you need, any size, any bend, any transition... and projectsilvia.com has intercooler pipe, that is reasonably priced... i mounted my ic where my ac condenser was and at a slight angle, to protect it from **** on the road.... and i got all my parts from those 2 companies..... goodluck

oh, if you go to a auto wharehouse like napa or something, and ask to look at their big radiator hose book... you can get the bends there for cheaper, and up to 5" (damn big radiator) and if you have a good clamp, these are just as good...

You can get silicon hose by the foot and cut it to length. It's WAY cheaper. Check out http://www.roadraceengineering...s.htm

They also have many other kinds of couplers.

I found that I only have 2.5 to 2.0 reducing-diameter silicone couplers in blue, I have four, they are brand new. Thats all I have in 2.5" stuff. In 2.75" I have about 20 straight couplers (orange, kind of cheap looking, but good stuff). I have about 10 feet of 1" fiber reinforced silicone hose, blue. I have some rubber, tight radius, 90 degree couplers for 2.25 tubing. And some other misc crap that was bigger than 2.5".let me know if you are interested in the reducers, $5 each.
