In the past ive read and seen ppl that have bought engines(including myself) that didnt come with the hot pipe for the engine. So with that there either left with getting someone to bend somthing for them or just trying to buy something off of ebay and make it work. While those choices do work, some ppl like again like myself dont have time or are just to lazy to fab up somthing.so in my search for intercooler piping i found this. Its been the cheapest so far that comes already polished and it comes in good enough sizes to make the hot pipe for the engine. So here ya go im just trying to help and contribute and make things a little easy on the ppl just starting the swap. Hope this helps!

Or you could just use a single piece of tube and put a 45 in the center of it..

but that would seem more likely to provide a leak if you did not weld it.

Learn to weld. it helps tremendously.

I made my own, bought vibrant pipes, mocked them up and cut to length, and got them all tigged up.

Heck man, you could even use a 1meter piece of exhaust pipe, whatever diameter you want (2.5" probably) cut to fit + tig. badda-bing. badda-boom!

Or just get a silicone 45 elbow..

aluminum piping is generic; you can't beat this price.it's generic; but it has pretty much all the bends you may need, it's cheap and can't beat the price.

i'm a fan of ebay, when it comes to stuff like this: i recommend this:http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

I melted the **** out of one of those ebay couplers... and that Alum isnt very good at welding..... I put together an entire intercooler + 3 in pipes and couplers for $400.00. With t-bolt clamps... you dont always have to go super cheap...

dude how the he11 you melt the coupler!! unless you connected it on your downpipe. LOL. these pipes are mandrel bends, not welded. 6061 aluminum grade aluminum are all the same. especially the polished ones, a competent welder will know to brush off the outer coating before welding aluminum. i had these on my previous rb20 and 60-1 turbo w/o no problem. if your intercooler couples melts on you, you have an issue elsewhere.

there are so much bias when it comes to ebay. make your own choice wisely!!!!

its not silicon its ****ing rubber. I melted it in a burnout contest, it blew and ended my run short. It was the coupler on my hotside second before my intercooler. TRUST ME. Why would I lie?
