You can get a smaller battery, relocate the battery, bend your own intercooler piping, etc. Will you use a front mount or a sidemount? What size piping are you using? Do you have access to a mandrel bending machine?

I got a Genesis battery from PDM-Racing.com

I bent up a piece of 1/8 aluminum and used some aftermarket battery tie down hooks to hold it down.

I fit 2.5" piping through the regular battery hole and kept the stock windshield washer reservoir.

I plan on keeping the stock battery in place but i am bending my own intercooler piping. I dont want to relocate it to the truck because it is not a sealed battery. You can make it work. All my intercooler piping is from a electrical supply store. It is 2" electrical EMT piping.

i also kept the stock battery in place........couldn't deal with the whole trunk thing as the trunk is already cramped for space. just follow IAP's design..........

I cut out the rusty battery tray, then used an air grinder with the rotary wire to get rid of all the rust. Then I spray painted the area and put in an Odessey PC680 battery FTW!! I run 2.5" piping also.
