alright guys, Im gonna make up some of my own intercooler piping from some universal bends and such. Figured it would give me some options on how I want to run it. The real question is about bead rolling the edges, Im gonna use Tbolts and silacone connectors and such but I need a way to keep the pipes together, and ideas or oppinions would be greatly appreciated, anyone in the charlotte NC area that could help me out?

If you cant find someone with an actual bead roller, it will also work to have a bead of weld run around the end of the pipe there. Same effect.

I have a bead roller. I don't know if it would be worthwhile to you ship them to me and back to get beads put on the ends of your piping. But if you'd like to discuss this.. just email me at [email protected]
