Im sorry but I searched already and couldnt find what I am looking for.

Im going to turbo my KA in the middle of next week.Basically I have everything except a few stuff here and there (ex. 3bolt exhaust flange and some couplings).

Right now, I've collected 3(three) 2.5in mild steel U-bend, 1(one) 2.5in mild steel straight, and 1(one) 3in mild steel U-bend.

My plan is to make my downpipe from the 2.5 in U-bend and use the rest of them for Intercooler piping (hotpipe and coldpipe).

I am going to use the 3in u-bend for my intake piping(before the compressor).

Do you think I should go with bigger size piping for the hotpipe (like 3 in)?Do you think these pipings that I have are enough to make the whole pipings?

Thanks for the help, guys

Hot Pipe should be the size of your turbo outlet (usually a 2.0" in a T4) or a bit bigger 2.25” 2.5 I think is too big, but you can run it without a problem.

Cold pipe should be the size of your TB (in a KA it’s about 2.0”)

personally I’m going to run 2.0” all around

I believe the TB is around 2.5". I'm running 2.5" piping everywhere...

really well the 240 and altima are probably different,

I know that an automatic and manual TBs are different.

anyone actually measured what it is?

Well, I just made the intercooler piping for my car, and here's what I used. 2 1/4" hot pipe, 2 1/2" cold pipe, 2 1/2" intake pipe, and 2 3/4" downpipe. I know my sizes are a bit unconventional, but I am running a fairly low boost setup, and used the formulas in Maximum Boost to come up with these sizes.

I used 2-2 1/4" U bends, 3-2 1/2" U bends, and 1-2 3/4" bends. Although, my intercooler piping has a few more turns in it because I'm running a blow-through setup, and I did not relocate the battery.

You might be able to get away with what you've got, but you might need another 2 1/2" U bend. It will be close. Of course, you can always cut some wedge shaped pieces from the straight pipe, and make bends out of them like a puzzle. This is how I've seen titanium intercooler piping done before. Kind of time consuming, though.

Once I get my camera from the shop, I'll post some pics of my pipes.

Easy way to put it bigger pipe = less Throttle responce.

Do you think I should go with bigger size piping for the "coldpipe" (like 3 in)?

Thanks for the replies though guys.Im going to have to just see then.... trial and error is always the best way to make something ;)
