Intercooler Piping Question. Where does it suppose to go?

So Im doing a boost leak test right now and have a crucial leak here. But what is this suppose to be used for and what did yall use to block it off with?Its on the hot side right before the intercooler.

Blow off valve flange without a bov on it? A blow off valve goes on there to do some sort of pressure releasing PSHHH action. It looks like someone just blocked off the flange for it though.

I see... I have a HKS bov on the hotside but closer to the turbo.

Cut that flange off and get a silicone cap and a clamp. Or, cut out that section of pipe and add another coupling. This is a true noob question...

BTW, that isnt how my greddy intercooler piping is set up. That pipe was there but without the BOV flange on it.

cut at the red...add coupler + t-bolt clamps.

Or make a better block off.

$0 worth of scrap steel plate, a hacksaw, and a drill. Why is this even a questioin?

Don't waste your time and money on more clamps and connectors, thats just asking for another leak location.

Just add another BOV. That will allow for twice the BOV Tuning.
