well as most of you know i got this car from a kid who had no clue as to what the f*** he was doing. i recently got the car running got the right maf and now im at a point to where the blow off valve he gave me is a lil bigger the the pipe i have. i have another question also this may sound stupid but the stock turbo flange that goes from the turbo to the intercooler pipeinng is like a 1" or something i dont know the exact size of it but what did you use to make the stock flange work with the front mount setup ??

The hotpipe is the first intercooler pipe coming off the turbo. I also see you are in Orlando, if you wanna meet up sometime I can help you with some issues you may have. Two minds are better than one.

what size is the turbo outlet ? cuz i dont think you can buy a 90 degree elbow with a reducer on one end and a bigger size outlet on the other side.

They have straight reducers and also angled reducer couplers. I used them on my TB and turbo outlet and haven't had any issues. Much cheaper that a lot of other brands. Just measure what you need and look for your specs. Make sure twice before you order so you don't have to send stuff back and forth and whatnot. They should tell how how to measure your current piping to match up with their couplers.

yeah, Ca_Silvia is correct. i totally forgot that the stock ca turbo's are a little different. the one in the pic is a sr20 t25, my bad.

is the piping for your fmic, all one size? like mbmbmb23 stated earlier. what hotpipe are you using? because mine is larger on the end that goes into the intercooler but it's skinnier up front. not sure if that makes any sense to you? but i can post a pic if you'd like?

but depending on how your piping is, you could have a smaller straight pipe after the first bend from the turbo outlet and have a reducer connected to your bottom half of your piping before the intercooler end tanks. so you'd have two pieces that would make up your hot pipe side.

i'm not sure what size the outlet is on mine, but it'd make more sense to measure yours.

sorry for the craptastic pic, but it gives you an idea of what i mean and how it's sorta set up on mine. you should really use a ruler or something to measure your piping size... so you can get the correct couplers. but just by eyeballing it... it looks like 2" on your outlet and 2.5" on your piping.

depends on how you want to set it up. but it's easier and looks cleaner to put it on your hotpipe imo (the intercooler piping that you're working on right now) since it'll be easier to reroute to your intake pipe (the piping with the maf, and make sure it's rerouted after the maf not before) unless you are using something to tune, like a afc. then you don't have to worry about rerouting it.
