intercooler pipe fab question

I feel stupid asking this, but how do you make the nipples for the vac lines and the aac and recirc hoses to mount to? I have only seen exhaust pipe sizes and dont know where to look. Dont flame me too much.

you dont need them unless you plan on recirculating your BOV

I used a threaded barbed 3/8ths insert(nipple) you can have it threaded on then welded or put some J.B. weld on it. You can find it at any hardwear store here is a link to a pic its the one on top:http://doityourself.com/shop/5...t.htmgood luck. Cjex

Looks like a cool place, but nothing is working on that page. I just weld in a fitting as well.

I just need to know where to score a few feet of 3/4" aluminum pipe and maybe some smaller for vac lines. nothing fancy. the hardware store only has steel and brass, and I am no metallurgist, but I dont think you can weld that onto an aluminum pipe.

where would you get tube to make your dump pipe from your WG? that is about the same size. the only sizes I can find is 1.25 in and over
