I just bought an intercooler off of the parts forum and the inlet is 1.5". Is that too small? I planned on running 2 inch pipe to the intercooler and 2.5 after.

Thanks

Im posting this under your topic... For one becuase it pertains to your question, I think that i/c piping size depends on the compressor outlet size and the amount of boost your goin to be running.

and for two: not to clutter up the forums but does any one know any thing about this product http://www.9secondracing.com/p....htmlI was wondering if this would work to go from the turbo to the i/c? Well I the real question is if this stuff is flexible enough to make some decent turns? Thanks alot - Jake

Get a reducer until you can weld a better fitting end tank.

It will "work", just not the smoothest flow.

Looks kind of shady to me. Ask the shop if it's ok to use as a hot side piping or whatnot, they should know.
