I found these links while exporting some stuff from my old computer, they are pretty informative and should help you with your intercooler choice. Also I included a link from roadraceengineering to get Griffin (really nice intercoolers) for pretty cheap. They also have good prices on Sparco intercoolers.

Great links, especially the first one...

Is this pretty much a complete list of cars that have decent factory intercoolers?

Yeah it is pretty complete, there are some others though, mostly different generations of the same car though. Like there is no MKIV supra intercooler, 2g DSM intercooler etc.

Greatest and longest thing i've ever read about intercoolers. Go through bar and plate & tube and fin, build, end tank build. Really something to read.
