Intercooler help

im in the process of putting an s13 sr into and s14....for the intercooler piping i would have to buy piping for an s13 or s14?

buy based on your chassis.. so get s14 piping.
an intercooler is just an intercooler..

Are you doing a top-mount turbo? Are you doing a FMIC or SMIC? Assuming you are using the standard SR maniforld and installing a FMIC kit (none of the stock models used a FMIC) use the s14 piping, since it will be the correct distance to the intercooler mounting points (I *think* the s14 bay is slightly longer). Remember you'll need to cut the front bumper support so you have a place to fit the intercooler forward of the radiator. Also get better clamps and silicone connectors unless you are spending the money for a good FMIC kit (Greddy or the like). The piping I got with my godspeed kit wasn't even worth using.
