i recently purchased the hybrid Dev. intercooler piping and all hardware, though i dont see how the silicone hoses and everything actually fit on to various things such as the t25 turbo compressor outlet and stuff, they all seem way too big for most parts. plus there is a tube with a much more narrow piece at the end. it doesnt have any kind of instructions with it so if anyone has instructions or etc.. that would be awesome.

also, if this just doesnt work out. where can i find the stock sr20det intercooler AND piping entire setup?

thanks

the setup is pretty easy. the narrow pipe will go to the turbo side. just lay everything out on the floor. it should work fine. there is also an extension pipe that goes to the turbo to the narrow pipe that you have to have.

Did you get the new style or the old style Hybrid kit? The old style has instructions here http://hiprollc.com/installations/180sx.pdf - the new style is slightly different but the instructions will still work. In both cases, the hot side pipe is designed to mate with the stock 90 degree turbo outlet coupler; if you don't have it, you will need to purchase a 90 degree 2" elbow.

I have the new style hybrid fmic and it works great, all you need to buy is a 2inch 90 coupler and have a flange welded on... like said above the narrow side is the hot pipe little end goes to turbo using the 2inch 90 degree coupler. other end goes to hotside of fmic than the other pipe goes on the cold side to t.b very easy....its all pretty much plug and play after the flange and coupler...

Just curious... what was the flange welded on for? My guess is that you didn't use the stock BOV connector/coupler, like I did in the pic below, and had your BOV connector welded on instead, right?
