intercooler choices?

Hi , I am going to turbo my ka, I am still thinking what kind of intercooler I am getting, first I saw this one online http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...75967 the dimension is 21" X 9"X 3" price is around $400, the second one is a Blitz intercooler, It's Fins/tube(SAME SIDE as the first one) , I planned to run 9 to 10 psi ,but I heard the Tube/fins is colder, would that be a big different between those two apply to my application?
