intercoller gettin hot question

when i first installed my greddy front mount the pipe going into the intake manifold use to be pretty cold even after running it for a while but now it is warm even after just letting it sit for around 5 minutes on idle any idea's why?? its not extremly hot or nothing but i am just curious

if you let the car sit and idle it will heat up, if you are driving it will stay cool

Ya dude the air isnt supposed to be cold colder yes but not like ice. Its ****ing exaust gas going through there I hoped it would be warm otherwise you got a prob.

Exhaust gas does not travel through your intercooler.

If you have exhaust gasses traveling back into your engine, you are the one with the problem.

Ya i got confuzzled on that one but its not exactly cold air...
