interchangeable window motors with 95-96 240

I am looking for the notorious LH window motor for my 240. I know the drive gear that connects to the motor has to be the same but the motor its self is just a 12vdc motor with a corkscrew drive staft. I was wondering if any one had taking any window motors from other nissans and it has that same drive staft that will fit that drive gear ( that screws to the regulator).

Also i thought other information that would help is that i took a multi meter to the connections coming out of the window amp and i get 12vdc and -12vdc (when the switch is moved up or down) so the amp seams good . I took the motor apart ( the rotor from the stator) and the brushes inside the motor where bad ( the most common reason for electric motors failing other that bearings). Also the passenger window will go up in sections and get stuck i can hear a gear grinding noise .If i pull it up with my hand it will go all the way up. Sry i didnt see the other window thread until i posted this one lol.
