Interchangeable wheels

Hi guys, I have a 2001 pathy LE with the 6 spoke wheels. Now I came across some good deals on some 2000.5 pathy SE / 01+ SE wheels the 5 spoke ones. I was wondering if these will fit my pathy? I want cut the expenses of having my winter tires mounted every year.

Btw, my winter tires are 245/70/16's which fit fine on my LE wheels so I shouldn't have a problem using them on the 5 spoke wheels right? Also if the 5 spoke wheels do fit, will I need to get new lug nuts? Since the ones I have now are open ended ones.

Just curious, how much did you pay?

I didn't buy the wheels just yet but there are 2 ads I'm looking at. One ad is for $240 good condition wheels with almost new winter tires. The other is $200 a bit rough condition wheels with worn tires. I'm sure I can bargain a bit more but I think it's a decent deal.

Those deals are actually pretty good, I'd go for the first set at $240 if I were you.

I picked up a set of 02 SE wheels (Looks like '01 LE, but with Chrome Nissan Center caps) with worn out tires for $130.

Now I'm trying to source inexpensive but decent quality tires.

New winter tires for our size are around 150-300 a tire,

so at this point I'm thinking of buying used (about $90 a piece out the door)

So realistically, My total cost for tires and rims will be at a minimum $500, so that 240 deal sounds pretty good.

So I missed out on the first good deal , so looks like I'm picking the wheels that are in not as good shape up later and I'll just recondition them myself as a DIY project.

Although I need help with the lug nuts since I know nothing about them. What type and size of lug nuts do pathy's use? My LE wheels use the open ended nuts, can I just use these same nuts to mount the SE wheels and maybe just get lug nut covers which are a lot cheaper? I don't want to spend a ton of money on new lug nuts...but if I have to, what's the right size and type to get for these SE wheels?
