Interchangable Air Conditioning Compressor from another Nissan for Q45

I wondering if I could grab a AC compressor from another Nissan, such as a 240SX and it would be able to work on a Q45. I'm asking because everyone seems to enjoy overcharging for a AC compressor for the Q45 or most parts for that matter. The pulley on my AC compressor has gone bad and makes a lot of noise so I have taken out the belt for now but summer is right around the corner. So all I really need to do is replace the pulley. Or if anybody is willing to sell me a pull or compressor for real cheap, let me know.

The compressor is a Calsonic 617.....just look at the model numbers on any potential finds.

Isn't the pulley/clutch assembly available separately from Nissan? I would call Joe and his crew at Infiniti of Scottsdale, and they can look it up and give you a discount on it too. http://www.everythinginfiniti.com
