IntelliKey Issues - Need Help

Hey all,

I'm new Lexus IS to Infiniti M Convert. I'm having issues with both IntelliKey's not working. I've replaced both batteries but still no keyless entry. Door locks and trunk are both non-functional when pressing either of the buttons. They work fine to start the car but the keyless functionality is non-functioning.

Any ideas? So far, it's been an upgrade - this is the only issue.

I'd planned on it. Any ideas what the issue may be? Warranty item?

It should be covered under the warranty. Can you be more descript in how they aren't working - ie, you have the key in your pocket, you go to press the button on the door and it doesn't work, etc?

I just want to get a better understanding.
