Intelligent Key warning light is on.

I have 2011 Nissan Quest SV. I changed car battery and noticed intelligent key warning light came on. I thought it was due to low key fob battery, so I changed that battery as well. However, the warning light still comes on. I have no problem starting and driving the car. Steering wheel is not locked. Does anyone know what the problem is? Do I need to have the keyfob reprogrammed?
