Question regarding the Intel key-

When I unlock the car with the Intel Key, the settings (driver seat and the mirrors) does not go back to my settings which is setting one. But when I unlock the car w/ my wife's keys, it automatically goes to her settings which is setting two. Thus, I have to manually push setting one for it to go back to my settings.

Does this make sense? If so, any ideas on what is causing this issue? I have checked the manual, but can't to locate the problem.
