Intelligent Cruise Control 2006 M35 problems & recall

I use the Intelligent Cruise Control driving on the Highway and it works okInfiniti has a recall going on with regards to the programing, now my car sometimes slows down when it sees/detects a truck, u-haul, weird shape car etc in the right lane when I am in the left lane crusing at 75+.

It is almost like the car is thinking of passing the car/truck/object in the right lane. This started after the ICC was re-programed for over an hour at the dealer with the new Download.

What made it worse was I was in the left lane cruising at 80 and the car went into a stop/go/stop/go mode. Lucky for me no one was behind me.

I called my dealer and they are going to check it out. Anyone else having problems with the ICC and the new update.... Old update was not to bad compared to the new!

Also beware of this if you get the update

I had never used the ICC before I got the update. I then used it on a trip and did not notice the problem you are describing. It worked great.
