Intelli-key software same for 2013 as 2012 Rogue?

Anyone know if transponder software used by Locksmiths changed from the 2011-2012 version to a new software version for the 2013 Rogue. Local locksmith advised they did not have the 2013 and it would not be available for 4-6 months. I have 2 transponder keys and 1 remote key fob (A/M) that need programming. I have the original fob and key combo, but that's all. No extras

its not so much the whole software, its the new software patches they have to pay for. its the same for speedometer repair, component programming, etc.
each software patch/update has specific info for the new cars. it could be as simple as the software being able to go past a certain set of numbers(codes).

Thanks for info, guess I'll have a dealer code transponders after the keys are cut. the activity on the Rogue board seems a bit slow :-)

Now have the 3 alternate transponder keys and hope to have a dealer program them and with the original to operate my vehicle (SV). Supposedly, the transponders are 2 way, send & receive, so they all should be changed by the re-programing. Anyone know if the std. transponder key from a S mdl. Rogue has same type chips? Seems some of service people have no idea.
