Integrating Factory Components with Aftermarket Stereo - HELP

Hi - I'm new here.

I want to add navigation to my Altima with an aftermarket stereo. Most people say that the backup camera, Bluetooth mic, steering wheel controls and USB port for iPod will all be list and also need to be aftermarket as well. One person I spoke with said he can integrate the factory rear camera with an aftermarket radio. Is this true? Can any/all of the factory components be integrated with an aftermarket stereo?

Does this one person work for a shop that can do the work? If so, might as well let him do it.
