I plan to upgrade from the T25 to the S15 T28 turbo on the redtop sr20det. It already has supporting mods as well. Just looking to get around ~250-290whp for DD. Here are my parts list that I will be getting to do the turbo swap.

-OEM s15 t28 bb turbo-Taka steel braided turbo oil lines kit-S15 turbo inlet pipe-All necessary gaskets-Oil restrictor-Walbro fuel pump??-Upgraded fuel injectors; CC size??-EMS?? greddy emanage, etc?

Also do I need the following items below, or will the stock T25 parts be re-usable?

S14/S15 Turbo Oil Return Hose

S14/S15 SR20 Turbo Oil Return Tube

Lastly any other parts needed that I may have left out?

Use s15 dump tube and s13 oil return hose. You can use stock banjo bolt to block as oil restrictor. DO the turbo and walbro, the tuning and injectors can come later when you boost it.

I see, while keeping the boost at stock ~7-8psi, I assume? And when should a Z32 maf be needed?

If you have the time and money to do everything at once, go for it, otherwise do it in increments.

^ I agree with the walboro, but get the oil drain tube-people have blown their turbo seals because they kinked that metal tube to make it fit which is waste. Its worth the money! Im doing something similar, get the MAF, 550cc injectors, and put them in at the same time.

With those mods you should be able to push 300-300hp with a boost controller Check out my build if you wanna see an example, or search Clawhammer he has some good info on the subject

Sounds good, what do ya'll suggest is a safe boost level on the T28, still running on stock fuel system and maf. And then, what would be a safe boost level once 550cc injectors, fuel pump and Z32 maf are added?

honestly i dont think any boost level is safe on stock injectors maf and ecu.. but i wouldnt go past the stock 11lbs? if i were you id wait for the 550cc injectors a romtune (forget that emanage BS) and the z maf.. sure you'd have to wait a little longer but your not risking the engine.. and dont boost the gt28r past 18psi.. and buy the oil drain tube its a great piece.. also your going to have to modify your hotpipe and intake piping for it 2 work unless you have $$ and buy the greddy s15 intake kit
