I just recieved my Tanabe lowering springs and i went around to see how much mechanics would charge me for installing them. I gotta buddy who said that he knows somebody that could for 100$..But then i was thinking if i could save the money for some rims and install them myself. Did anybody install their springs themselves? if so hows the process??? Thanks!

A few people who have actually installed them can chime in and give you their advice, but from what I've seen, it's quite simple to install them in a Versa. Almost everyone on this forum with springs has installed them on their own in less than an hour.

You just need to get a spring compressor from your local auto parts store. Most stores let you use it for free... you just need to leave a deposit in case you never bring it back or break it.
