I am in the market for an aftermarket intake system. I notice that many of you are using Fujita, Stillen, and Injen. I read on here that k&N is coming out with one as well as AEM. Anyways, for those of you that have them, have you noticed any mpg gains or has the intake been more for sound and show? With all responses, please put the type of intake and how much more mpg's gained if any. Thanks!!!

I know some may disagree but I swear I'm getting a little bit better gas mileage. I have the Injen intake and the Stillen cat back exhaust. I couldn't tell you how much better. I rotate out between my 01 Frontier (which get's horrible gas mileage) and my Altima, but noticed that I just don't have to fill up as often doing all the same driving.

I confirm that all chatter regarding HP gains from a WAI are full of the brown stuff... MPG gain is possible, if you arent slamming the gas to hear that WOT (wide open throttle, for newbs)

Sweet sound though!
