Is this available as a separate part? The parts list I have shows it only available with the entire intake tube. Part number would be appreciated.

Yes, and there are two seals for the lower runners.

the thick rubbery one is 14032-6p010.

IoS should have in stock, as the part tag i have in front of me says 'ASR'(automatic stock replenish).

i should mention that some 97-98 were replaced by dealer service as a goodwill (never a recall) since the original variants tended to leak (hence the-10 suffix [analogous to a '. (dot) release']on the current service part.
