intake

i just got my new intake put on my car but i still can't figure out where it needs to be mounted...i have 2 black bars and this little rubber thing with screws on each end.....and i need to know is where the mounting goes...thx

Umm... not really understanding your description of the parts however if your looking for mounting then there should be a braket piece with a hole in it to affix the main tube to the radiator shrowd.

What model intake did you purchase?

hmm. well the description you gave doesnt do much but with a new intake you will have to bolt the new intake piping to or right near the throttle body. then you will have to hook up the vaccum lines which will varie depending on which intake you have

It should mate to the throttle body, else your leaving an area that causes alot of turbulance.
