An 05/06 intake should fit. I am not 100% sure, but I believe it will.

JWT and Nismo seem to be the most popular, and I drove a friend's G35 with the Nismo, and it sounds great.

I recently transferred all my 05 mods onto my 07...so yes, the JWT popcharger will fit no problem

Most aftermarket parts will not void your warranty. Only those that can cause mechanical failure (boost, NOS) or eliminating emissions gear, will void the factory warranty.
