i have a short ram aem intake and the filter is lookin pretty dirty. my friend said there is some way to clean them how would i go about doing that?

Buy another cheap filter off of ebay or get a K&N.....

Most people I know use that K&N Filtercharger...it has the soap to clean it and oil to re-oil it.
