Its looking like either R2C or Stilleen is the way to go...is that a true statement?

I recently installed the Stillen Gen 3 Intake.
Love it !
Great look, sound, and added power.

Stillen Gen III seems to have the most hp of aftermarket intakes. R2C has the best filtration system of them all, still increases hp (just not as much as the Stillen) and is much easier to install and maintain.

Audtatious - Cool, thanks. Thing is, I already have a K & N Typhoon intake. Looks like I should have done my homework more before getting this intake. I got a good deal on it. That being said, do you think it would beworth my time and money to sell the K & N and go with wither the R2C or Stillen?

R2C... The R2C has less maintenance, easier to install and filters far better than any other competitor.

I tend to shy away from K&N somewhat, although I do have K&N panel filters in the sedan. Cleaning them is a pain and if you accidentally over oil them then there goes your MAF.

If you like what you have then keep it. We are only talking a few hp difference anyway.

So, I noticed that the Stillen uses K & N filters on their intakes. People seem to rave about the Stillen intakes but at the same time many people say they dont care for the K & N oiled filters. Hmmm? I see that R2C uses a dry filter and people say it filters better than the others...not sure about this.

R2C, no question. I've had both types, and the R2C was the best quality by far.
