Hey guys, I have an oil leak and decided to google it before I dug into it. I found quite a few threads on it, but no one said "hey I fixed it". Its on the intake side, nears front of engine, and only leaks (Okay, more like squirts) once oil pressure increases with revs. Initially I had thought it was the gasket between the cooler and oil filter, and replaced it to no avail. I have a brand new oil pressure sender with a metric ton of teflon and RTV to rule that out. Which left me to think pan gasket? Has anyone had this issue and resolved it to give me an idea of what to check?

Are you sure the seal on the oil filter isn't bad? It's rare, but it happens.

I had the seal on my oil filter go out on me last year. left a bunch of oil in my driveway and also left me quite angry. New oil filter cured it!

I concur with the faulty oil filter O-ring. They fail just because, so no biggie.
