Ok i've been working on a intake manifold for my ka24de, I've got the plenum, and also ITBs, But I want to make a str8 shot from the block to the itbs. (EX: block->itb->plenum). Instead of cutting the stock runners and connecteing it to the itb. The size i'm looking for is 2inch over a length of 7inches give or take for fitment. But my ? is what schedule would you go with 10, 40?

If needed no more than 25psi of boost. Thanks

Yeah, prepare to suffer some flow losses because of having the runner angle come 90* from the head. Unless you angle the runners, it won't be right.

I'm also working on this same project, but using the stock runner section because of this issue.

If only I could get my welder friends to stop being so busy...

ITB's are a PITA and only used on NA motors...I'm all about the boost. Give me a poor flowing head and a crappy intake and I'll show you a good performer on boost...lol.

ITB's are cool looking..thats it.

I'm exploring other options, but I'm WAY far away from a running S14...
