93 GXE. Removed upper and lower plenums and the 8 nuts/bolts attaching the intake to the heads, so the intake is all set to come off.

But just like the book said it would be, its stuck. Good. Anyone with experience know where to push. pull or prod to best result? On inspection, looks to me like you could put a bar UNDER the intake and pry up, using the the engine block for leverage. Any advice appreciated.

sure you could but another way to break the seal is to hit the intake with a plastic tip or rubber head dead blow hammer downward alot of times that will break the bond and it will lift straight off. be sure you have the bolts around the timing cover removed on some of the nissan v6's theres one like dead center into the manfold.
