This may be an exhausted topic and if it is I apologize but here goes.

I have 2 questions

I am trying to figure out which intake to get for my 09 3.5L. I was just wondering what peoples preference is when it comes to intake. I have found a few around. I was leaning towards the Nismo but I don't know if the one for 08 will fit my 09.

That brings me to question 2. Is there any difference between the 08 and 09. i.e do I need to wait until intake for 09 comes out or will 08 work just the same?

I didnt know nismo had an intake.

There is no difference between an 07 to 09. Same car pretty much.

K&N is coming out with an intake.Stillen, fujita, Aem, and injen.

Thats it...

Hey guys, New to this forum but a long time reader.

Looking at getting an intake system for my A/C 3.5se. I am trying to chose between the Injen and the AEM. The price right now is not what I am worried about (although 100$ difference is a lot) but I am curious about your opinions on which one to chose. I am also curious if anyone has had a problem with the injen system rubbing (MAF rubbing mainly) under the hood?

What do you guys think would be the best?

I have the Injen. No problem with clearance. I also have the Stillen strut tower brace which clears both the Injen and the hood. I am quite pleased with the Injen but can't comment on the others - I've never had experience with them.

IIRC only the 2.5 had rubbing issues not the 3.5...

Ok thanks guys, I was just wondering if there were issues with the 3.5 because on the other forums no one commented on the 3.5's.

They fixed that a while back and yes it was mostly the 2.5's having the issue.

They don't at this time, but supposedly they've been working on a CAI (yes, a CAI) since our car has been out.

I'm sure you just had a moment of brain loss but there is no 07 coupe

Yes, for the 2.5 and it's out now. If you are referring to a K&N for the 3.5 I inquired about one and they stated they were not building it.

I searched for the thread for 2 seconds and realized im incredibly lazy. there is somebody on this forum that prototyped the 3.5 k&n and they should have their intake within the week. The retail intakes will be ready soon. When i last read the thread the tubes were done getting painted or something.

What about the Stillen intake? Has anyone seen or heard anything about that one?
